Phase 1: Discovery
Initial client briefing & kick-off meeting, competitive research, concept development
Our process starts with a clear understanding of your project’s intent and audience. We get to know you and learn what your company’s all about – your mission, products and services, target customers, your competitors – and what makes you tick.
In collaboration with you, we define the best ways to create a framework for your story, and the most engaging way to tell it. We explore thematic and visual possibilities for the overall design aesthetics, and create a strategic creative brief for your review and approval.
Phase 2: Design
Based on the approved Creative Brief, we explore several thematic and visual possibilities for your review. Here’s where we hone in on the purpose, tone, content, and design aesthetics. Based on your feedback and design selection, we then refine the chosen concept.
Phase 3: Production
With the approved framework in place, we apply the design elements to all materials. The final digital files are produced and converted to formats for printing, online purposes, and other media formats as needed.
If it’s a printed piece, we consult with the printer, review every proof with you, and go to the final press check when the actual printing is being done.
If we’re working with you on a website, we review every aspect of the web pages with you and our developers on a test site, and work out any kinks before the site launches.
We make sure you have every file format your team requires for any and all media.
